In its spec sheet I have:
Inverter Technology PWM true sine-wave, current source
What does the current source mean here? Does it mean the source input is current source?
How do I get 208 standard voltage out of such converter? Does current source inverter exist?

The other answer is correct, this spec is full of errors and inconsistancies, and the "current source" bit is one of those.
