They absorb the heat that the sun is giving and convert it to electricity. Many big companies use solar energy panels so they can save energy and money. Now some people are starting to use solar electricity panels even in their homes, to save energy when running their electrical gadgets.
The more solar energy panels you have the more power can be generated from the panels. When the panels have taken in more electricity that your house needs then your electrical meter will run backwards which will help reduce your electrical bills.
There are two types of solar power panels, these are:
The evacuated heat tubes. This more expensive than the other type of panel. But the evacuated tubes are design so that it will help reduce the heat loss in flat plates.
The flat plate collectors. This is commonly known of the two panels, it is often seen in the roof of a house. But this kind of panel loses some of the heat that it stored because of the gap between the absorber and its cover.

Your panel should be on the roof of your house or the roof of your business building. Also you have to make sure that it is facing in the proper direction and has a clear view of the sun with no obstruction in between.
It is a big benefit for you if your home has a solar electric panel for aside that it helps in reducing your home electricity bill it also gives a good environment and good health for the people around you.
Also solar power has no emissions of any greenhouse gas, which is the type of pollution contributing to global warming. So aside from saving some money you could also protect the environment.

It needs to include solar panels, solar charge controller, battery pack, 6000 watt inverter (min), transfer switch system, and wiring and accessories. If you know how to design this, please leave me a message. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
