xbox 360 controller issue on Vista home premium 64-bit?
I have plugged in my controller, to the USB on my PC, and windows installed the software, the light on the controller jsut keeps flashing. and I can't see the controller under "Game Controllers" under control panel.
It's a wireless controller, but has a USB wire that plugs into the controller, my nephew who I loaned the controller from says he has no issues with it on his xbox 360.
Do i need to install any additional software?

I have only loaned this controller from my nephew, to see if I like it before i buy one. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and just buy one.
You can't use that cable to connect the controller to the PC; that cable can only charge the controller when you're using a battery pack. That cable only carries power and not data.
