How to determine how bright an LED will be prior to purchasing, what do I have to look for? I am talking about the small LEDs in electronics/xbox's etc.
Most data sheets will have a graph that shows how bright they are depending on the voltage put across them
Just do a search on the led you want to buy and look at the datasheet
